Coverage

We ship to Colombia and other destinations available at checkout. If your location does not appear at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

Order preparation

Pieces available for delivery are prepared after payment confirmation. Made-to-order, personalized, or custom-fitted pieces require additional production time; the estimated timeframe is indicated on the product or confirmed directly with the customer.

Preparation times are separate from transit times.

Shipping costs

For major cities in Colombia, shipping costs $15,000 COP. For rural areas, difficult-to-access locations, or special destinations, the cost is calculated based on the carrier's current rate. When the checkout displays a different rate, the value presented before confirming the purchase shall prevail.

Any applicable taxes, duties, or import charges for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery times

The times displayed during purchase are estimates and begin once the order has been prepared and handed over to the carrier. They may vary based on location, high demand, weather conditions, carrier issues, customs, or other causes beyond Helena Aguilar's control.

Address and receipt

The customer must provide a complete and correct address, as well as a contact phone number. Costs incurred due to an incorrect address, repeated absence, or a redelivery may be charged to the customer.

Once a tracking number is available, it will be sent to the registered email or contact method. We recommend inspecting the package upon receipt and keeping the packaging until you confirm the piece arrived in good condition.

Damages, loss, or errors

If the package arrives visibly damaged, document its condition before opening it. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect piece, please contact us within 15 days of delivery, including your order number, a description, and photographs. We will review the case with the carrier and provide an appropriate solution.
