By browsing this site, placing an order, or using its services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the store.

Products and artisanal process

Helena Aguilar's pieces are created using artisanal processes. For this reason, there may be subtle variations in texture, finish, shape, or color compared to the photographs. These variations are part of the nature of each piece and do not in themselves constitute a defect.

Dimensions, materials, availability, and estimated production times are indicated for each product. Customized orders, engravings, or pieces with special adjustments may require specific conditions and timelines, which will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

Prices, payments, and orders

Prices are shown in the currency selected in the store. Shipping costs and other applicable charges are communicated before completing the purchase. An order is considered accepted once the payment has been approved and you receive the corresponding confirmation.

Helena Aguilar may cancel an order or request additional information in the event of an obvious pricing or inventory error, fraud alert, incomplete information, or the inability to craft or deliver the piece. In such cases, the customer will be notified, and if applicable, the amount paid will be refunded.

Shipping, exchanges, and returns

Shipping terms are available on the Shipping page. Return requests are accepted within 30 calendar days following delivery, provided the piece is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

Returns are not accepted for customized or engraved jewelry, pieces with special adjustments, or products purchased on sale or during promotions, except in cases of a defect, order error, or non-waivable rights recognized under Colombian law.

If you receive a defective piece or one different from what was ordered, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. We will review the case and, as appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund. Nothing stated herein limits consumer rights provided for under Colombian legislation.

Intellectual property and site use

The texts, photographs, designs, trademarks, logos, and other content on the site belong to Helena Aguilar or are used with authorization. They may not be copied, reproduced, commercially exploited, or modified without prior written consent.

It is not permitted to use the site for illicit activities, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or information.

Availability and liability

We strive to ensure that the information on the site is accurate and the service is available, but interruptions, technical errors, or inventory changes may occur. Helena Aguilar does not exclude or limit liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes and applicable law

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the store, its services, or applicable regulations. The version published on this page will be the current one. These terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
